"Through an installation of found photographs, slide show, and domestic artifacts, Han explores the real and imagined identity of his father. Personal and formal classifications reveal repetitive moments embedded in nostalgic imagery while questioning the role of objects in constructing memories. In one piece, all of his father's neckties were used to create a web by wearing and weaving them together, performing the ritual that father's pass down to their sons. Viewers can relate to the aura surrounding familial remnants and how they are used in acts of remembrance."
